Chrys Leonard is a vivacious and lively educator who's extensive training has qualified her to teach reflexology at a level of easy comprehension and understanding. She is a graduate of the American Academy of Reflexology, reflexology graduate of Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, former VP of a reflexology company, Reiki III Practitioner, and Creator and author of the "Steps Above Workshops" material and classes. She is also a licensed manicurist, national class coordinator for reflexology seminars and educator and speaker on reflexology. Chrys has a private practice in Port Orchard, Washington where she specializes in reflexology and pedicuring.

In her own words:

"My goal is to promote better health and well-being in a very safe and non evasive way by touch to the hands and feet. No one touches the hands and feet more than a manicurist, pedicurist and various others in the cosmetology field.

"It is only natural when combining pedicuring and reflexology that relaxation and self-healing is experienced. The technique itself is not difficult to learn, it is my belief that our society would do well to teach our children reflexology at a very early age. It's so much better to take the time to gently and caringly use touch to eliminate pain and discomfort.
